On July, 10, 2007, Karma Marketing & Media sent a lawn chair manned by aeronaut Michael Given into the skies above Anton's Restaurant, Waite Park MN. Powered by clusters of helium-filled balloons, the chair achieved an estimated height of over 100 feet. Among the other brave souls who tried the lawn-chair flight was a 78-year grandmother from Waite Park.

Along with reporters from the St. Cloud Times, and local radio stations, Jason Davis (KSTP-TV) provided extensive media coverage. Davis aired the Lawn Chair Balloon Flight story on July 29th on his popular "On the Road" program (Sunday evenings at 10:30 on channel 5).

A special guest appearance was also made by Freedom Flight - Hot Air Balloon.

Karma Marketing & Media has already appeared on Jason Davis's highly popular show, On the Road, in December 2006, when company President Michael Given bought a snowmaking machine in order to create a white Christmas for St. Cloud businesses and homes during an extended snow drought. The Karma Marketing & Media snowmaking promotion was the lead story on WCCO-TV's Evening News (reported by Jason DeRusha on December 21). Given was interviewed by local radio and Minnesota Public Radio, and the story and footage were broadcast nationally by Fox News and The Weather Channel.
